BJ’s Wholesale Club and General Mills provided me with the free trial membership, gift card, coupons and information through MyBlogSpark. Each entry (you get one entry for leaving a comment and a 2nd entry IF you have left a comment and are a follower) will be assigned a random set of numbers and the winner will be determined based on the Ohio Pick 4 Evening Drawing winning numbers selected on Friday, December 4. December 4 just happens to be my mom's birthday, and I live in Ohio.
Contest closes at 12 NOON EST on December 4 so that I can get the random numbers assigned in time for the evening drawing. The evening drawing occurs at 7:29 EST.
